Wedding Flowers

By: Danielle Straiber

Flowers are a big part of wedding In order to make your wedding day unforgetable, you should pay close attention from simple vases to wonderful flower arrangements. These little details can make your special day become the perfect day. Wedding flowers can be used even before the big day. Flowers are often used to ligthen up a engagement party or a bridal shower. Flowers make people feel special, and that is why I recommend the use of flowers in any occasion that precedes your wedding.

To enhance your wedding day, you can use flowers not only to decorate the place that the wedding will take place but also rooms, tables, corsages, rehearsal dinner, and wedding transportation. If you want to be original and innovative, you can also use flowers as gifts for people that come from out-of-town specially for your wedding, or even give flowers away for all the people that somehow contributed to make your wedding day unforgettable!

Here are some tips for you when picking up your wedding flowers:

Seasonal Flowers: Make sure that the type of flowers that will be used on your wedding date are in season. Out of season flowers can make your wedding more expensive and the color of the flowers will not be as beautiful and brilliant as if they were in season.

Matching Flowers: Make sure that the color of the bride and the groom's clothing, as well as the background and other decorations used at your wedding are going to match the colors of the flowers picked by you. This is an important detail to make your wedding even more glamorous.

Bouquet: Order an additional and affordable toss bouquet to be thrown on your wedding date. This way you will be able to keep the original as a part of your keep-sakes.

Rose Petals: Reserve some rose petals to be thrown at the bride and groom as part of the celebration of their marriage union, instead of using rice.
