Think in terms of five tips, five rules, five things to avoid, five things to do, etc. Now write down these five suggestions. You now have a rough skeleton of your article. To put some more meat on your article, add a few lines of explanation to each point. You can use a quote, give an example, explain a point. Then you have an article.
