Yes it is true that India is going to be a super power in the fore coming years. It is going to occupy a place among the top 5 countries in the world. The reason is simple that our country has been improving tremendously in all the fields like sports, politics, Diplomacy etc. Let us see the progress of our country in these fields. Politics: It is a main area where there has been a drastic improvement when compared with the politics 30-40 years back. There are lot of political parties emerging day by day, this is because that the normal human is showing a lot of interest in the politics,
they are not going to bear parties which work for their own sake. The morale of the humans has increased a lot. They are utilizing their fundamental rights given to them by our constituency by demanding what they want and achieving them. This has been the positive issue for India to become a super power. The prime problem what India is facing today is Corruption. Though all the countries through out the world is facing this problem, our country is facing more problems as India stood among top 10 where corruption is more. The main reason is due to the inconsistent rules of the political parties and lack of the commitments of the political leaders in helping the people. The other issue for this problem is lack of Unity among the parties, but in another way it has turned in to a positive issue for us because the ruling party is feeling responsible while taking the decisions so that they don’t become an advantage to their oppositions. So if India wants to be super power then the prime area where they have to look for improvement is politics. Unfortunately it is a very different task and highly impossible to bring the UNITY among all the parties. Diplomacy: This is the second prime area where we should look forward because the relationship with the neighbouring countries as well as the other countries will help us to attain strength and can share problems and attain help from them. Fortunately our country is looking for this and they have succeeded up to some extent and another positive thing is that what ever party has given ruling they are looking for diplomatic relations with other countries which helps us in sharing ideas with the other countries and also helps in importing and exporting of various resources. The main advantage of maintaining Diplomatic relation is Exchange of criminals through which it is possible to reduce the crimes and can prevent further crimes. Hence the efforts shown till now by all our leaders helped the leaders of the other countries to realize how great we are hence they are supporting India in our request to become a part of the G-8 countries. Entertainment: It is good to see that the country which stood among last in other fields is placed in second position in the field of Entertainment. Fortunately India is the only country where many languages are spoken and where people of different religions are found and probably this may be the reason which placed our country in the second position in the world. Unfortunately the cinemas which should spread entertainment, knowledge and socialism among the people are not following the standards what they are meant to be and it is taking a negative direction where it is showing a wrong impact on the people mostly on the youth where the future of our country lies in their hands. It is good to see that the government is looking forward on these issues and by arranging the film board and other departments to keep its position stable among top 10 in the world. The main reason which forced the cinema industry to take a negative direction is Piracy and commercialism. If steps are taken to prevent this piracy then we can help our cinema industry to maintain its position. The government has started taking steps in this direction but it is their responsible to see that they not only try but they have to succeed which is another equivalent impossible task. The other entertainment means such as Television and radio broadcasting also have taken
steep rise. The another interesting and the important aspect of the TV is the news channel which are intended to provide the news to the people have taken initiative and started in moulding the society by bringing the general awareness among the people and also focusing more on corruptions and crimes so that their rate can decrease. Until and unless the government takes some serious actions against them it is not possible to prevent them and inturn the efforts made by such channels become useless. Sports: Inspite of different religions in this country there is a unique religion of all the Indians,i.e., cricket. Like this not only a particular game like cricket but many other games became a part of the human life. Sports also play an important role in creating relations with the other countries and thus play an important role to bring our country under the moon light. Our country has recognized that sports play a key role in helping India to be placed among the top ten and hence started paying more attention on the sports. The Afro-Asian games held in our country last year is an example that the India is in the waiting list to become a super power. It is good to see that the sports persons are striving hard for the poor and the diseased by contributing their energy. sports stars and the film stars are conducting charity games to raise the funds to the poor and the needy one. This also makes the job of the government easy help the poor. Society: The place where we are able to see all kind of people is called as society. The awareness in the society determines the future of the country. The changes in any policies are reflected in the society. The responsibility and the awareness has improved a lot which is a good sign for a better future which helps our country to become a super power. The main problem in today’s society is poverty. The number of people in our country below poverty line is more and they are even unable to acquire minimum common needs like food, shelter and clothing. The government is making plans to help the poor but they are not implementing them. The following things our country needs to be placed among the top 10 are 1) They should have the commitment in implementing the rules and should stand on their words what they promise to the common people during the elections which are specified in their agenda. 2) The unity among all the political parties is the prime requirement to make India secure a better position. 3) The maintainance of Diplomatic relations with the neighbouring countries is an important issue. 4) Raising the doubts and telling the improvements in our country in the international summits like SAARC,UN MEETING helps the other countries know how good we are and what are our future plans and in turn help us to get cooperation from them.
